Welcome to the Builder Edition of Allegiance Intelligence! In this edition, we have statistics on NWA’s largest builders and hottest neighborhoods. Before diving into the local numbers, here is some perspective on what is going on at the national level. National reports show that new home sales remain flat year over year, with the average sales price in May 2025 at $522,200.

As we’ve seen in previous editions, NWA is experiencing strong year over year growth and our average home prices are still well below the national average despite the increases since the pandemic.

Here are the builder numbers for the first half of 2025!

Despite Rausch Coleman selling the most units in Benton County in the first half of 2025, Buffington Homes had the most sales due to their high average sales price. Interestingly, the top four builders in Benton County are tightly clustered in terms of sales volume.

Featherston Village is a new development being developed by SM DDB2 and shows a strong demand for entry level homes in Benton County. It’s worth noting the range of product in Benton County. Builders are providing both lower priced homes and higher priced homes when comparing to Washington County.
